A specialist music teacher runs the music department for the pre-school. An important part of the curriculum is that children experience music in a practical and engaging way. Each class teacher is also trained to run her own music and movement lessons with her class. Each class enjoys a class music and singing session per week.

Movement and physical activity is a critical part of the preschool curriculum and the daily programme provides daily opportunities for every child to participate in gross motor activities from musical movement and gross motor activities to free play on the outdoor equipment in the spacious playgrounds.

Children may sign up for additional sport and cultural activities which take place after the their school day. These are optional.
